In recent years, vibration technology has gained traction in health and fitness settings, from gyms to rehabilitation centers and this blog is going to explore how vibration technology works, the evidence from control trials and medical research, and the benefits and uses of specific tools I use in my practice today.

In conclusion, vibration technology offers scientifically supported benefits that enhance physical performance, promote faster recovery, and reduce muscle soreness.
